Unique structure

The drum is suspended and positioned at four corners with eight sets of absolute planes, so that the whole equipment

has more stable and durable operation performance under corrosive environmental conditions.

Zero corrosion

The drum frame is made of titanium, and the filter mesh, gear, tug, pressure wheel and anvil ring are made of

glass fiber reinforced nylon, which minimizes the corrosion risks caused by materials and production processes.

Filter design

HX Bee-Cell filter mesh ensures maximum filtration area in extreme environments. The use of regular hexagonal support

grid increases the effective filtration area by more than 10% compared with conventional mesh, improves equipment

efficiency and reduces space occupation.

Double slope PP sump

Double slope PP sump ensures that backwashing stains can easily slide into the pipe for drainage. Ceramic/plastic high-pressure flat nozzles (sprinklers) for backwashing cover all lengths, so there are no moving parts and no corrosion problems compared

with stainless steel nozzles. Electronic liquid level control system monitors the backwashing effect.

Intelligent control system

The motor adopts variable frequency control to ensure optimal energy efficiency. When the transmission motor is abnormal, the motor is effectively protected to extend the service life of the motor. An automatic water level monitoring device is equipped to automatically control the operation of the microfilter according to the system settings without manual supervision.
