HH Recirculating Aquaculture System---Protein Skimmer

The protein skimmer uses a venturi ejector to inhale, pressurize, and release air or ozone to form tiny bubbles. Through the combined effects of physical and chemical properties such as adsorption, closed circuit, oxidation, and condensation, the dissolved protein and small particles are carried by the tiny bubbles to the foam collecting cup above the protein skimmer, thereby achieving the purpose of separating protein and fine particles from the water; the separated protein and fine particles will be collected and discharged to the tail water treatment unit for effective treatment.

Dissolved protein separation

B&C: The water inlet structure is optimized, so that water enters along the tangent

direction and descends in a spiral shape. During the process, it is fully in contact with fine bubbles.

Proteins and particles are adsorbed by bubbles and brought to the foam collecting cup

realizing efficient separation of dissolved proteins;

Strong adsorption

Fine bubbles use their own surface tension + charge properties to adsorb water pollutants.
