Wheel Dumpers

      The Wheel Dumpers has a rated loading of 6000kg, an overall weight of 5950kg, and a rated bucket capacity of 3.0m³, which can easily cope with the loading and transportation needs of large-scale materials. Whether it is sand, gravel, and slag on construction sites, or ore handling in mining operations, its large-capacity load-bearing design can greatly reduce the number of transportation trips, improve the efficiency of material circulation on the site, and help the project to advance quickly.

     The power system is equipped with Yunnei YN38 model engine (model), which adopts a vertical in-line, water-cooled, 4-stroke diesel engine (type: Vertical, in-line, water cooled, 4-stroke diesel engine), and the cylinder bore and stroke is 4-108×120mm (No. of cylinder-bore/stroke). The rated power can reach 60kw (at 2400r/min), the maximum torque is 270N.m (maximum torque), and the power output is strong and stable.

      The overall dimension of the equipment is 5000×2200×3100mm (overall dimension (L×W×H)). When working in the site, it can turn and shuttle flexibly. The minimum turning radius of 5750mm enables it to turn accurately and stop at the unloading point even in a site with limited space.

     The braking system is well-equipped, with 4-wheel air-assisted disc brake (service brake: air assist disc brake on 4 wheels), which has a quick braking response and uniform and stable braking force, and can effectively shorten the braking distance; the flexible shaft-operated external drum parking brake (parking brake: flexible shaft operated external drum) is stable and reliable when parking, and the double braking guarantee builds a solid line of defense for site operation safety.
