Equipped with a direct injection fuel system and precise fuel delivery from the YANMAR MP4 pump, the engine achieves a fuel consumption of only 248 g/kW h at rated output. The electronic speed control system maintains a steady-state speed regulation of ≤6.3%, ensuring stable speed and reducing inefficient energy consumption. This makes it suitable for long-term continuous operation and reduces fuel costs.
Adaptable to Complex Environments, High Reliability
The machine allows for longitudinal and lateral tilt angles of up to 30° (for a short period of 3 minutes), enabling stable operation on slopes and other terrain. A 12V-3.0kW starter paired with a 500W air intake heater ensures smooth starting in low temperatures. A closed-circuit breathing system and paper fuel and air filters (intake resistance ≤ 2.94kPa) reduce impurity intrusion and extend equipment life.
Flexible Operation and Easy Maintenance
The idle speed is adjustable from 1000 to 2550 rpm, with a transient speed regulation of ≤12%, ensuring minimal speed fluctuations during load changes. The lubrication system is forced lubrication, recommending API CF-4 grade oil. The oil capacity is 4.5L, and the paper oil filter is easily replaceable. The entire machine weighs approximately 245 kg, boasting a compact design and easy installation and maintenance.
