Equipped with advanced air bearing technology, it operates without mechanical contact, offering notable advantages such as low vibration, low noise, and maintenance-free lubrication. Its design point parameters are 30 kPa @ 135 m³/min, with a adjustable flow range of 87–135 m³/min to accommodate varying operational needs. The blower features a compact structure, horizontal installation, and is integrated with a variable frequency drive (VFD) control system and air cooling system. It supports local/remote monitoring and intelligent protection functions. Equipment is equipped with an LCP control cabinet, with built-in PLC integrated inside. Cabinet material: carbon steel with anti-corrosion paint.

Main control parameters integrated in the equipment:
(1) Filter differential pressure alarm, blower inlet/outlet temperature monitoring and alarm;
(2) Motor temperature monitoring and alarm;
(3) Outlet air pressure monitoring and alarm;
(4) Parameters such as blower speed, flow, current, etc.;
(5) Full anti-surge protection;
(6) Local/remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, and surge protection functions;
(7) External communication: Ethernet interface;
(8) Local control cabinet equipped with touch screen to display various operating statuses and data, control blower start/stop, and modify parameters. Wiring for touch screen power supply is internal to the blower and requires no additional supply.
