4U-600 (1 row): Compatible with 20-30 horsepower tractors, suitable for small plots, terraced fields, and mountainous areas.

4U-900 / 1300 (2 rows): Compatible with 40-70 horsepower tractors, suitable for small to medium-sized plain farms, offering excellent value.

4U-1500 / 1700 / 1800 (2 rows, widened): Compatible with 70-100 horsepower tractors, suitable for large farms, sandy loam soils, and high-efficiency applications.

Q: My tractor is 40 horsepower, which harvester can it drive?

A: A 40 horsepower tractor is perfectly compatible with the 4U-900 model (2-row harvester). Please refer to the selection guide above.

Q: My soil is heavy clay red soil, can the machine be used? How effective will it be?

A: Yes, it can. The 4U series harvesters are equipped with a vibrating screen whose amplitude and frequency are adjustable. For heavy clay soil, we recommend choosing the 4U-1300 or higher model, which has stronger soil screening capabilities. We can also customize extended screens for you.

Q: Will the machine damage the potatoes? How intact will the harvest be?

A: No. Our digging shovel and vibrating screen are optimized with flexible separation technology, effectively shaking off the soil while minimizing potato bumps and damage. Under normal operation, the damage rate is less than 2%.

Q: Can the machine separate potatoes from the vines?

A: This machine is mainly responsible for digging and separating potatoes from the soil. An optional vine-cutting disc can be installed at the front of the machine to pre-chop the potato vines for easier harvesting.
